Julie O’Brien is a chronic pain and anxiety coach that helps women learn how to heal themselves by retraining their brain and nervous system.
Julie healed herself from 2 years of debilitating pelvic pain along with panic attacks, OCD, agoraphobia, and a myriad of other mind body symptoms. She created the Mind Body Calm Method where she teaches her clients the brain and nervous system strategies she used to heal, along with thoughtwork, processing emotions, creating boundaries and self-compassion.
